I love my MINI, that's the "our car", family member. I even thought about buying a new Countryman Jcw here in Oviedo. This whole story changed my mind. And maybe it will help someone else. Part 2. I came with my Mini Countryman r60. The problem was floating RPMs, the car started "kicking" when driving, sometimes very hard up to turning of cause RPMs to low. The first visit somewhere in February 2025. The first time they changed spark plugs and said I'm fine. A couple of weeks after, the same problem, I went to Autosa again. They changed ignition coils and said I'm fine. A couple of weeks after- same problem. Went to Autosa with the same problem. They added some oil and cleaned something, and said I'm fine. A couple of weeks - the same problem. They swapped the battery, did some diagnostic, and said I'm good. After a couple of weeks, the same problem, they said they do not see the problem and everything is good on their side, but they think that this is a lambda sensor problem. They changed it, and said all is good now. Obviouly, today, after about 6 or more official visits (from February to September 2025), I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, and it's still not safe to drive. This is a very short version of the story because after each encounter with the problem, I was waiting for weeks to get to Autosa (typical waiting is from weeks to 1.5 months), and for days to weeks to get my car back. THERE WERE MORE VISITS. There was no replacement car. To sum up, about 7 months, and the problem is not fixed. This year my car was parked longer than I was able to drive it. Paid about 1000 euros with zero result. And this is, as I fought, presumably, "the most competent" BMW repair shop, BMW officials.. Personal feelings: They just do not care. And the "story of a particular car or owner" is not important for them. Сonveyor. They were searching for the easiest and most obvious solution without considering the real problem. "Change plugs and we are fine." "Not fixed? - you can come in 1 month and we can check it again." I'm very, very disappointed. I'm frustrated and just don't understand how it all works here. How can I buy our new MINI here in Autosa? How can I be sure that the car is safe to drive after maintenance or repair? How can I be sure that behind the service's doors there is a person who feels responsibility? I don't know the answer. Hope you find one for yorself
