      I went to Rightmove to change my TIE to a permanent residency, it did not go well. 1 1/2 hours travel for me each way plus an hour each way to Alicante only to find they did not know the TIE rules and there was absolutely no way it was possible to be done. I was offered a full refund on the day of the 120 Euro paid in cash, now "due to their time" I was offered 35 Euro, my time and petrol is just as important as theirs however this is not taken into account. I was going to move my car and buildings and contents to them at the next review date in April, however this situation has left me with little confidence and hence this wont happen. I fully appreciate there are many positive reviews, I can only speak to my experience and as such for this type of work I would seek "professional" advice elsewhere.
